Artheus LLC (“Artheus,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy and protects the personal data it collects. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It does not cover third-party sites that link to or from ours.

Artheus is the controller of personal data collected through this website. For certain client engagements, Artheus may act as a processor for a government or enterprise customer and will handle personal data strictly under that customer’s instructions and contract.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, apply for a role, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone, employer or role, the contents of your message, and, for job applicants, your résumé and professional background (including clearance status only if you volunteer it).

Forms on this site. When you send a message through our contact form or apply for a role through the careers page, we store what you submit and email it to Artheus so we can respond.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our providers may collect standard technical data (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps, and referring links) and security logs used to protect the site.

Cookies. Our public pages set no cookies of their own and load no third-party analytics or tracking tools. The employee sign-in area uses a session cookie that is necessary to keep authorized users signed in. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we use personal data

To respond to your inquiries and provide information you request;
To review and process job applications;
To operate, secure, and improve the website and detect or prevent abuse;
To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who host our site, deliver email, or provide security services, bound by confidentiality obligations;
Government or enterprise customers where you engage with Artheus on a joint program;
Authorities or third parties where required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and property;

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and contractual obligations, then delete or de-identify it. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to stop sending you non-essential communications, by emailing info@artheus.co. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply; we will honor those that the law provides.

Children

Our site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted here.
